Not thrilled with your coffee? Let's fix that.

We want you to love your coffee. If something's not right, we will make it right. At Black Cassock Coffee, our coffee is roasted with care and shipped with precision - but we know that issues might arise that leave you feeling unsatisfied. 

That's why we promise: if an order arrives and is incorrect or the bag is damaged, we will make it right. Reach out to us at support@blackcassockcoffee.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Because our coffee is perishable, we can't accept returns - but we stand behind every roast.

Subscriptions can be modified or canceled (but we know you won't!) anytime up to 48 hours before the next billing cycle. No hidden terms, no demands. Just Honest Coffee.
